These terms explain the scope, exclusions, payment responsibilities, and approval process for attic restoration services.
Pro Bat Solutions will perform only the attic restoration services specifically listed in the approved estimate. The estimate, including its selected restoration services and written specifications, defines the work being authorized.
Attic restoration work is limited to areas and materials that can be safely and reasonably accessed. Conditions concealed beneath insulation, inside wall or ceiling cavities, behind building materials, or otherwise not reasonably visible before work begins are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
If concealed or unexpected conditions affect the work, Pro Bat Solutions will discuss any recommended change and additional charge with the customer before performing work outside the approved estimate.
Unless specifically listed in the approved estimate, attic restoration does not include structural repairs, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC work, mold remediation, asbestos or other hazardous-material abatement, pest control, bat-proofing, or correction of moisture sources.
Cleaning and treatment are intended to reduce accessible contamination and odors in the areas included in the estimate. Pro Bat Solutions does not guarantee the complete removal of every particle, stain, or odor, particularly when contamination is concealed, absorbed into building materials, or located in inaccessible areas.
Only the insulation, debris, and other materials identified in the approved estimate will be removed and disposed of. Materials that cannot be safely removed through available access, or that require specialized handling, testing, or abatement, may be excluded or require a separately approved scope of work.
New insulation, encapsulation, or other replacement materials are included only when listed in the approved estimate. Coverage, depth, R-value, product type, and treated areas will be based on the written specifications in that estimate and reasonable field conditions.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area and disclosing known hazards or conditions that may affect the project. Pro Bat Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, code issues, concealed defects, or damage caused by conditions outside the authorized work.
Work outside the approved estimate may result in an additional charge. Any material change to the scope or price will be discussed with and approved by the customer before the additional work is performed.
Payment is due in full on the day the services listed in the approved estimate are performed, unless other payment arrangements have been agreed to in writing before the scheduled service date.
Pro Bat Solutions reserves labor, equipment, materials, and scheduling time for each project. Cancellations or significant scheduling changes may be subject to a reasonable cancellation or rescheduling fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated to the customer.
The customer is responsible for all amounts due under the approved estimate or service agreement. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By approving an attic restoration estimate, authorizing Pro Bat Solutions to begin work, or paying a required deposit, the property owner or authorized representative acknowledges and accepts the approved restoration scope and these Attic Restoration Terms of Service.
